Simulation gives engineers the data and the edge required to learn the behaviour of a process and be able to use that data garthered to adjust appropriately the operational parameters that are sensitivity to change within the system. Each process setup is unique and there is the need to be on top of run away process to enhance productivity, future optimisation and safety of operators. Our clients need not to worry. We give adequate trainings for all unit of operations.

Laboratory tests

Laboratory tests of product samples. We test both the final products and the feedstreams as required. This is used in mass and energy balance calculations for the process to carry out optimisation of systems and the adjustment of operational parameters to make sure the process is producing the required products specifications.

Testing new installations

New installations are adequately tested for engineering operating conditions during the start-up procedure. Our qualified engineers make sure that the controls and safety valves, equipment and all necessary featyures and fittings are all tested and in place before the full production. We are also at a standby to rectify any issues.
